I have always loved to create new recipes, ever since I was little. When i'm not working or baking, you can find me curled up with a good book with my beautiful kitties, Rufus & Fang.
I got into cooking from my mum being a fabulous cook, and also because of the family business of innovative bakeware production since 1888! Look out for the 'SHOP' buttons to get your hands on your very own 'WILKINSON 1888' merchandise!
My Story
I studied GCSE and A-Level food technology at high school in the country, Northern England. I have always had a passion for trying to create original recipes! After travelling the world a fair chunk, I love to try incorporate different flavours into more traditional recipes at times

My dream is to one day have my very own cookbook published! And also to have a lovely big kitchen...one can dream!

I love to use Wilkinson 1888 products that have been designed and manufactured by my dad- he is super clever!
